Terms and Conditions:
Returns Policy:
If in any case the Buyer wishes to
return a product, all postage will be paid by the buyer. Wen Tai Sun operates
the regulation 14day grace period for returns.
Breakages:
If in any case a product arrives
broken, Buyer must take a digital picture and send to wentaisun@btconnect.com with a clear explanation of the breakage. Upon receipt of the
photo, a breakage claim will be processed which may result in a full or partial
refund or a replacement being sent to the Buyer. In most cases, a claim may be
made to Royal Mail and we must ask the Buyer to keep the broken package which
may be asked for by Royal Mail.
Lost items:
Buyers in the UK should report a lost
item after 10 days of dispatch and before 60 days. Overseas buyers may report a
lost item after 25days and before 80 days. In most cases, lost items are
usually found at the Buyers local Post Office or with the buyer’s neighbours as
many of our packages are too big for most post boxes and postal officials have
missed the receiver. PLEASE DO NOT REPORT A LOST ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED
YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND NEIGHBOURS.
Wholesale Buyers Terms and

Wholesale Buyers Conditions:
Buyers who have the intent of reselling
are legible to become a wholesale buyer and may buy our products at wholesale
value. Proof of this may be required from the intended wholesale buyer and Wen
Tai Sun hold the right to reject any applicant with insufficient proof to this
claim.
Discounts maybe arranged with
organisations which do not fall into this category and are buying in bulk.

Placing Orders:
Orders placed by Wholesale buyers are
accepted by Fax, email or by direct contact (telephone or face to face) and not
using the Paypal Shopping Cart function of the website.
Minimum Orders:
All products have a minimum order
quantity as shown next to the item. Products can only be ordered in multiples
of the minimum quantity. When no minimum quantity is shown, it is assumed that
the item comes in single units or sets.
Pricing and Availability:
The prices quoted on www.wentaisun.co.uk are national indicative/ guide
prices only. All prices are quoted excluding VAT, where applicable VAT will be
added to invoices. Prices are liable to change without prior notice and are a
guide only Wen Tai Sun Art & Crafts cannot guarantee the supply of product.
The actual order value cannot be
determined until the day of delivery because the prices quoted are likely to
vary either above or below the prices in the branch on the day your order is
picked and delivered.
Products are subject to availability
and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods
(particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer.
Product descriptions and prices should
only be used as a guide and Wen Tai Sun Art & Crafts reserves the right to
vary them without notice.
Delivery:
For destinations within mainland
Britain:
Minimum carriage paid order is £200.
Orders under this amount will be charged at a minimum of £9.80 per consignment.
Please note: minimum carriage paid order value includes VAT.
For destinations Eire, Northern
Ireland, Channel Islands and the Scottish islands, and Isle of Wight:
A delivery agreement will be negotiated depending on buyers circumstances.
Order Error:
Claims for shortages, damages or
incorrect goods must be notified to Wen Tai Sun Art & Crafts within 24
hours of delivery either by email or fax.
Returns:
If for some reason goods need to be
returned whereby Wen Tai Sun Art & Crafts is liable, the Buyer will cover
the cost.
Payment:
Unless a credit agreement has been
agreed to by both Wen Tai Sun Art & Crafts and the client, all orders MUST
be paid for before the goods are to be dispatched.
Wen Tai Sun Art & Crafts accepts
all major Credit and Debit Cards as payment.
Wen Tai Sun Art & Crafts accepts
payment by Cheque and by Telegraphic Bank Transfers.
For Credit agreed customers, Wen Tai
Sun Art & Crafts reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above
the Bank of England reference rate in force on the date the debt becomes
overdue and at any subsequent rate where the reference rate changes and the
debt remains unpaid in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts
(Interest) Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of
Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.
